Down Syndrome Information Alliance (DSIA) is advertising the following workshops this spring:

IEP Workshop with Area Board 3 Advocate. January 21, 2012, 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Teaching families about IEPs, how to advocate for your child's education, and answering questions you might have about IEPs or other education issues. 10474 Mather Blvd., Mather, CA, 95655.

Nutrition Workshop for Children of all ages and their parents. February 4, 2012, 10am-Noon. Meghan O'Hara is a registered dietcian and always has great information for families. It promises to be informative and tasty. Sierra 2 Center, Room 10, 2791 24th St., Sacramento, CA 95818.
